June Crafting

Join us Friday, June 10th, at the Vermillion Public Library! Please let me know if you plan to attend so I can setup the appropriate number of tables. Also, save the dates for July (8th) and August (19th) at the library.

If you want to make the CTMH pages in June, we will be using the Lucky paper(requires a Level 2 Paper Packet-$12.95 and stickease $4.95 retail)



(There is quite a bit of paper left in the packet to choose different paper for the 3rd layout. I choose the colors I did due to the photos I plan to utilize.)

For July, we will be making pages with the Sophia paper packet. Below are the pages:

For August, we will be making pages using the the Bliss paper packet. Check back soon as I will be posting the pages.

Spring is in the air...with Wings!

Library craft play dates are scheduled as follows:

The CTMH project for March will utilize the Wings paper packet. These 3 layouts and miscellaneous cards can be made with the level 2 Wings paper packet and the Wings Stickease.

For February, the CTMH project uses the Sweetheart Level 2 paper packet and the remainder of your Irresistibles eclectic letters.

For layout A, you can use any of the fun, Irresistibles eclectic letters as your title.


For layout B, we also use the Irresistibles eclectic letters as your title.

I also had lots of paper remaining so I crafted a few Valentine cards. I even made enough of the love cards to give as wedding cards this summer! Please bring white bases if you want to make the cards.



I also LOVE the February SOTM set! Here are a few cards I recently made with it. The black/white background paper is stamped and I am addicted to it!

The new CTMH paper is awesome and you will get a sampling of it all if you choose to make the calendar project in January!

The library dates for January and February will be:
JANUARY: Friday, January 21st, 5:30-10:00pm
FEBRUARY: Friday, Feb.11th, 5:30-10:00pm, and Saturday, Feb, 12th 10:00am-9:00pm


The project for January is a 2011 calendar and scripture verse display album. If you would prefer to make all scrapbook pages and no scripture pages, please just let me know.
Also, a few of the pages have some "blank" space. My order was missing a stamp set so I did not get the stamped images added yet-it should be here Tuesday!

We will be sharing materials for both January and February's projects. If you would like to participate in both months, here is a cost breakdown of materials:

Calendar/Scripture Kit (to include a new CTMH display album to hold the album): $21.95 (all tax/shipping included) I will suplly the stamp sets, ink, ribbon/embellishments, and paper to complete the album. You will need to supply adhesive, glue dots, and pop dots to adhere items on the pages. The words faith and love are not included in the kit. These are from the new Irresistibles Eclectric Alphabet and will need to be purchased for the February club.

February Project- The February Project will be making 4 scrapbook pages with the new paper packet called "Sweetheart". Sweetheart Level 2 paper packet ($12.95) and Irresistibles Eclectric Alphabet ($6.95)-total $22.28 This alphabet is really cool...you just add the color ro match your page!

So, get you camera ready and take pictures of your favorite love in your life this Valentine's Day!

November/December Projects

Here are the dates for the next few months of OPEN crafting at the library:

Friday, November 5th (5:30-9:00pm) and Saturday, November 6th 10:00am-9:00pm. Please RSVP so I can get tables set up accordingly. We will do snack table again if you want to snack while crafting. If you have any ideas for other activities, please let me know.


For CTMH projects, here are some options for November and December:

Olivia:
For the (2) 2 page layouts Level 2 Olivia ($12.95)and Olivia Stickease ($4.95). There is enough paper left over to make the Thanks Memory Showcase but you will need to order the memory showcase ($3.95) and optional Foundry Metal Fourishes ($4.95)to make that project. Please let me know if you plan to spell out "THANKS" or Family" so I can pre-cut your letters.







Also for those of you wondering what to do with your leftover metal foundry items, I found a really fun and easy corner bookmark template. I am quite addicted to them! Ask me how to make them for quick CHristmas gifts. And, if you ordered from me in October, you will receive one.


Hooligans:
For the (3) 2 page layouts Level 2 Hooligans ($12.95)and Hooligans Stickease ($4.95).




Mistletoe:
For the (2) 2 page layouts Level 1 ($9.95). We have never done Level 1 kits-this requires very little cutting and we do end up with paper remaining so we will make some cards with it.





CHRISTMAS CARDS:
There are multiple designs of cards and I have a limited number of materials to make each design. I have listed how many of each design can be made and I will sell the materials on a first come basis ($0.60 per card to include the envelope, embellishments, and the use of my CTMH ink/stamps).

For January/February, those interested in making a display album calendar, below are the first two pages. These 6x6 calendars can have the mini calendars removed and placed into a 6x6 or 12x12 album (4 pages per page) for an entire year worth of photos.
